Mr. Cao Yuanzheng was born in 1954 and holds a PhD Degree. Mr. Cao was appointed as Outside Director of China Chengtong Holdings Group Ltd. in June 2019. Mr. Cao was Director of the Research Division of the Institute for China Economic System Reform, Deputy Director of the Office of Comparative Economic System Research, Director of the Division of Comparative Economic System of the Department of Foreign Economic System, and the First Vice-President of the Academy of China Economic System Reform at the former State Commission for Restructuring Economic System; Executive Vice President and Chief Economist of Bank of China International Holdings Ltd.
