Mr. Jiang Xin was born in 1962 and now serves as China Chengtong’s outside director. Mr. Jiang holds a master’s degree and is a senior economist. Mr. Jiang was General Accountant of China National Technical Import & Export Corporation, General Manager of China National Corporation For Overseas Economic Cooperation, General Account and member of the Leading Party Members’ Groupof China General Technology, and General Accountant and member of the Leading Party Members’ Group of China Minmetals Corporation.
